    Good morning,

I have a raised bed with a row of Phyllostachys Nigra bamboos (and two eucalyptus trees) at the back of my garden which is providing an excellent privacy screen for me. I was just wondering if anyone knows when I should feed them? I'm hoping they'll have a big growth spurt this spring like they did last year, which will give me more needed privacy. To complicate matters I'm *trying* to keep the garden organic. Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance, hope everyone is having a less soggy day than in the North West!

I would use fish blood and bone , now is a good time also I use all the grass cuttings to mulch over the top of the bed which keep the water in and as this rots down it help feed the soil .

I use a thick layer of manure on all my bamboos.
Now is a good time to do it.
