Hi Scotcat. I need some new secateurs and I'm trying to justify spending £40 - 50 on Felcos! Not cheap but they're supposed to be the Rolls Royce of secateurs. I suppose you get what you pay for with tools.

Scotkat I find Felco No8 are very comfortable to use, I have had a pair for about 12 years or so. I have small hands and find this model easy to use.

I use my felco no7 daily, wouldnt be without and would never use anything else.

I can cut up to an inch thick of dead or living wood with them ( although I do have good arm strength)

Name one other secauteur you can buy spares for and strip to bits for cleaning.

Plus guarantee for life no need to buy spares just send your secauteur back to felco and thay come back like new all for the cost of post and packaged. I would not recommend no other felco are the best you can buy.
