Just picked the first ever fennel that I've grown. A couple look great, but the third one has a definite stalk in the middle like it's started to go to seed. Can anyone tell me if it'll still be okay to eat, or will it be tough? GF

You can use the fronds in salads-great with king prawn salad.

Sorry totally messed up the post-you can stir fry thin strips for a hot King Prawn Salad, so I imagine you could if you fine dice or chop it
