      Hi Linz,

No 1..... A hardy Tradescantia. Will form a nice clump next year. Herbaceous ( meaning it will die down for the Winter and regrow in the Spring ).

No 2 ..... Zantedeschia Rehmannii " Gold Rush ". From what I can gather this is a species cross between the Rehmannii Hybrids which are tender and hardier forms. So if it was me I'd keep it in for this Winter and then next year when the tuber has grown I'd split it and try half indoors and half out.

No 3 ..... Queen Anne's Lace is Daucus Carota ( Wild Carrot ). Grows between 1 and 2 ' tall. Has white flowers, but, the central flower is either red or has a red spot.

Hogweed is Hieracleum ( Cow Parsnip ). Main difference is the size, they grow up to 5' high and the flower heads can be 3' across. They have stems with red spots and in the centre of the spots are hairs.

You decide on this one cuz you can see the details.

No 4 ..... Don't really like guessing but it could be a Digitalis ( Foxglove family ) or a Campanula ( Bellflower family ). Definitely worth keeping to see what develops next year flowerwise. You can always chuck it afterwards if you don't like it ( or give it away ).

      No 5 ..... Clematis Heracleifolia ( could be " New Love" ).
A shrubby herbaceous Clematis, NOT a climber, grows well in large pots etc. Grows about 2 1/2 to 3' tall. Prune in Spring taking away all the previous years growth ( like any herbaceous plant ) .

Thank you so much, your a gem :dbgrtmb: Will do just that with the zantedeschia and will keep no.4 going and see what comes of it. Bit worried about the carrot/weed now ha!

Betty said she thought she bought a clematis! We were thrown by the flowers as it looks hyacinth like. It's gorgeous, grown really well for her. And she's put it them in 2 large pots. Thanks again

Just had a nosey, on closer inspection I think it is hogweed, I can't see no dot in the middle and it's nearly as tall as me!
And comparing no4 to the digitalis I already have, the leaves look very similar
Found this strange coloured oxalis while I was just nosing too 20160921_162719.jpg

Well the leaf is definitely an Oxalis Deppei ( Iron Cross Plant ), but I've never heard if a yellow one before. Perhaps you have a cross with another Oxalis ?

I have no idea, I tried searching for it just now with no luck.. I planted only one type and about 10 corms in the side of the lawn 2 years ago before I dug it up and they have spread everywhere, I don't mind I quite like them.. it's just odd!
