fine wine

Anxious to impress, a young man takes his new girlfriend to a posh French restaurant. They order their meals and soon the wine waiter appears. Without looking at the wine list the man asks for a bottle of Domaine Bonneau du Matray 2004.
Ah, excellent choice sir. exclaims the waiter and goes off to fetch the wine. He soon reappears and with a flourish, shows the bottle to the man who arrogantly just nods to the waiter. The waiter opens the bottle and pours a sample into the young mans glass, who proceeds to hold the glass up to the light, sniffs it, takes a sip and exclaims loudly "this is a 2003 not a 2004, take it away and bring me a Chateau Monbousquet Blanc 2001".
"Another good choice sir" says the waiter and soon comes back with a new bottle. Once again the man offers the wine to the light, sniffs it, takes a sip, and again says loudly " this is a 2002 not a 2001. Can't you get anything right?"
The waiter keeps calm and says "sir is obviously a connoisseur of fine wine. Would he care to sample one of my personal reccommendations?
"Oh very well" replies the man, and the waiter disappears, soon to return with a glass, which he offers the young man.
Yet again he lifts the glass to the light, sniffs it, and takes a sip.
"This is p'ss" he shouts at the waiter, who replies with an air of confidence "correct sir. Now tell me how old I am."
