First crop!!

I had my first 'home made' courgettes last night, they're top crop if I do say so myself! So nice to have organic food that hasn't been travelling for a week first! :D

 

Its nice to eat something that you have grown yourself sense of achievement.
I have very rarely eaten courgettes as i would not know how to cook them, post a way to eat them on recipe corner. cheers
