Having great back pain since September, never having done any work at all in the Garden
The first of March arrived and it was slightly dry weather wise, but garden just mud

I managed to do half an hour weeding a little at the front
Sad to say I have not even managed to enter the greenhouse and it still has rotted withered tomato plants in it

I managed another half hour in the front border, until rain and pain stopped play

NHS all back to front but will not listen
Wed with Doc to discuss on going condition
    Monday week full bloods
    Sunday evening 16th MRI SCAN
I did try to explain and change DOC discussion but they would not have it ???

I hope the doc and you find a solution to your back pain jack. I did my back in once, though thankfully not bad enough to be out for 6 months, but I know just how much it knackers you. I physically couldn't move when I did mine in.

Sorry to hear about your back Jack. You're lucky to get an Mri scan that quickly, I had to wait nearly five years for mine! Costs of course! With that came diagnosis..... finally.

Regarding the garden, I've been told to do a little at a time but not to stop as it keeps muscles and joints moving.

I managed two fifteen minute weeding sessions today, so I have started at least a little SPRING Well it was until we had the pea sized hail stones at 14:00
