Yesterday was the first Open Garden in Suffolk for the Red Cross this year. It took place at a privately owned garden near Framlingham. The weather was reasonable but we could have done with it being brighter. The snowdrops and aconites would have looked better bathed in sunshine but the visitors (around 140) enjoyed the riverside and woodland walks around the lovely estate. The garden is open again on Thursday but the weather forecast isn't looking too good at the moment. I was too busy organising the teas to take any pictures yesterday but I'll try and take a few on Thursday.
