Did my First lawn cut of this year on Tuesday, and to be quite truthful, it cut better than many cuts I have done during the Summer years.:blue thumb: .
With all the rain we have had over this winter, the grass/ground was sodden and then we had a dry windy, partly sunny week, so I just went for it.
The Grass was dry but the earth was a bit moist underfoot.

I set the Cylinder Mower a bit Higher than normal and the lawn looks Great :blue thumb: .

How are conditions in your Areas with this crazy weather we have been Having?.

The First Cut wasn't the deepest then:snork:

Noticed a lot of growth, about 6 inches in places, but I clip my grass rather than mow.

I did my first cut two weeks ago and until yesterday we'd had three weeks of dry weather. The rain was needed, as everything was looking a bit parched on my sandy soil. Like Grannie Annie my front garden is choked with moss, so that will need a lot of work this year.
