We have a couple of small flower presses and have recently started to do this with my little girl of 5 - it's fun and we have experimented with a variety of flowers, petals and leafs.

I use some in my card making hobby - my daughter likes to stick up making cards or pictures. I'm think of experiment with decoupage/paper maiche with boxes, glazes and using some of flowers - and maybe painting some using the Sheena Douglass paint fusion stamps and paints - All flower lovers should look into these - you don't need to be an artist either! looks great fun and will probably be a new addition to my craft collection soon!!!!!

I hope to make some little flower signs for the garden using a combination of craft skills - maybe even using some pressed flowers - then maybe I will remember where things are planted in the garden!!!! If they are varnished using a weather proof varnish then there is no reason they won't last!!!
