FOOD CROPS *HELP!*

    Please could some one help me with is question for my horticulture course.Thank you very much!

    Give 2 examples for each of plants used for food crops in which the primary crop is:

    a)Roots
    b)Leaves
    c)Bulbs

    For each of the above, say what properties each is harvested (e.g colour,aroma,smell or taste)

    roots- potatoes, taste
    carrots- taste and colour
    leaves- spinach taste, colour
    swiss chard taste and colour
    bulbs- garlic taste, aroma
    Camassia esculenta (quamash)that'll fool 'em, taste.
