Meringue. The most revolting substance ever to pass as 'food'. Like eating a lump of sugary polystyrene.

Sprats. Just the smell is enough. :eeew:

Twiglets. Real twigs would probably taste better.

Goat's cheese. Tastes like a goat smells.

Problem is that everyone loves it here in Italy :frown:

Good evening mine is Cheese and Cauliflower sauce, when I was just a little owl we were told that when we went visiting to eat whatever food was put on the table for our meal (to refuse would be bad manners),I ate it so quickly to get the taste out of my mouth, the lady said "oh you must like that" and gave yours truly a second helping,:sick0026: I just cannot face it since then:smile:

                            Beetroot in cake is lovely
Celery is good, especially with cream cheese in the groove
                            YUK
Pineapple is an excellent wine ingredient

Pickled onions were 30p for a 1Kg jar at Asda a while ago and we got several from Asda, Weymouth for extra stuff to add to salads.

Put cheese spread in the groove of celery, or use it to make homemade pate, we use it to make mackerel pate with fish caught from Chesil Beach

                            Mutton - don't eat meat.

Marzipan, yum Xmas cake. I prefer it to the icing on top.

Sprats can make a very cheap fishing bait if tied on with bait elastic.

                            Twiglets are YUK.

Toasted goat's cheese bruschetta can be very nice, I had some at a restaurant a few weeks ago and it was great.

                            Nasty smelly meat again

I love mushrooms, especially if free.

I hate artificial sweeteners in homemade wide, prefer to sulphite + sorbate and back sweeten with sucrose.

Just love cauliflower cheese with crinkle cut chips.
