That's so lovely - such delicate flowers and the colour of the leaves are beautiful.

There is a down side though, 'Iron' Cross' is still looking very pathetic. I've moved it to a brighter window sill to see if it will cheer up.

I've planted up a couple recently too Sheal. I'll take a piccie tomorrow so we can compare notes. My specimen, planted up on 18/2 2013, is a spronky, leggy ,floppy thing that would collapse outside in a breeze let alone a wind. The 2 in the GH look happier,
            Jenny
I want a nice one to put in the lovely Macrame plantpot holder that Moyra kindly sent me

Hi jenny , the iron Cross you kindly sent me have germinated and just about to come into leaf :blue thumb: Hope they look as good as the pic above.
Will they be OK planted near a fountain , the soil can get a bit wet.

Here's mine, planted the corms on 23rd March and they started flowering a week or so ago, thanks Jenny!

I was going to leave them out in the sun but going by what Jenny says above I'll return them to their shady corner in the greenhouse.

They look lovely Jenny. :dbgrtmb: Mine has only got a few shoots and they are about 9 inches tall, very gangly compared to 'Cupido'. I'll see how it goes now I've moved it. :)
