Solved Found new plant

    Anyone know what this is please? I thought it might be an ornamental Poppy :scratch:. It's growing under the pine tree.

        Definetley a poppy @luciusmaximus and if you keep an eye on the seed pod when the petals drop and the seed pod eventually goes brown you will be able to collect the seed to sow in other places:smile:

            Good idea about letting it self seed @luciusmaximus but with poppies they do sometimes grow better where there are gaps amongst the plants and often need the seed scuffling to encourage them to germinate which they might not do hidden in the long grass and that might be why you only have the one:smile:

            One of my wild patches. All this has been done by nature, I didn't have a hand in any of it. It seems to be doing ok without me :snorky:
