    1) Tulip
    2) Ice Plant, Sedum spectabile
    3) Spanish Bluebells, Hyacinthoides hispanica
    4) dunno

    1) Tulips are bulbs which will come up yea after year and give you a show and don't really need much gardening so to speak

    2) Is an herbaceous perennial which means it will come back year after year but dies down to ground level in winter

    3) Spanish bluebells are bulbs and will also come back year after year and take care of themselves

In no. 4, which plant are we looking at, the one next to the label or the one at the back near the fence?

The plant by the fence looks like Yellow Loosestrife to me. If it is, it will grow to about 2-3 ft. and produce lots of bright yellow flowers in a few weeks time. It's a tough little plant which isn't too fussy about conditions and will keep coming back every year.

As for the plant near the label, not too sure but it looks a bit like the weed Willowherb.
If that's what it is, it will have pale pink flowers on it later in the spring, which some find quite attractive. However, if you do leave it and it turns out to be Willowherb - don't let it seed after it's finished flowering (unless you want hundreds of them next year).
