 just been on the suttons websites buying seeds and they class foxglove as perennial but i always thought it was biennial (grows first year flowers the second then dies)i also got a pack of seeds that classified lupin as biennial (can't remember who from) but it's flowered first year. does that mean lupins perennial?? anyone know for sure

    here's a link BTW

Sometimes if the plants meet ideal conditions they become perennials.

There are perennial varieties of foxglove as well as biennial; a lot of the perennial ones are smaller flowered but equally as stunning and occasionally more unusual..
