This is my own recipe and is a meal in itself! Though you can add some canned tuna if you want a bit extra. Makes about 6 servings for eating on its own.

4ozs small pasta - the kind sold for putting in soups
    1 red apple
    1 green apple
    2-3 sticks of celery
    3-4 spring onions
1 large can of red kidney beans
    cummin seeds
    mayonnaise - preferably Helmanns
    lemon juice

Boil pasta then cool by plunging in 2 or 3 lots of cold water
wash and core the apples, chop into small pieces and liberally douse with the lemon juice to prevent browning
chop spring onions and celery into evenly cut pieces
drain kidney beans and rinse in cold water
put all ingredients into a large bowl, add cummin seeds and mix well
finally add mayonnaise to taste, mix well.
