    anyone on here like me frazzled after a great day with thier kids or grandkids?
    home alone maybe whilst the other half is at work looking to chat about anything and everything?
    grab a cup of tea or a beer and pull up a chair tell me what ur up to :)

      Will dogs do?? :) I am in the throes of planning which plants I shall keep and which ones have disappointed/grown too large etc., garden is too small to hang on to plants I don't like so I have to be quite brutal!! Am always trying also to make room for more roses if poss, like you I just love 'em!!! :hapydancsmil:

        I'm slightly frayed at the edges, but not too bad - we've had a week of cleaning and clearing (all those jobs that you never seem to have time for when you are at work all week); tomorrow will be fairly quiet, only got to put some weedkiller on the weeds leaping through the patio, and maybe cut the grass (assuming that the rain doesn't come and spoil my plans);

            I'm a funny sort - I don't mind the odd wee bit of clutter, but it eventually gets to me and I have to do something about it; its made worse by my OCD tendencies when I start cleaning - if something doesn't move, I scrub it and if it does move I scrub it twice for good measure :biggrin:

                  I've spent 5 hours having various Nerf battles in the back garden with my oldest son (4), my nephew (9 or 10), and 2 kids from over the road (aged 3 and 4). Tremendous fun, but now I'm ready for some beer.

                            My *kids* are frazzling me to the nth degree at the moment. It is 5 days until 'A' level results day: one lad talks of nothing else; t'other won't talk about it at all! Worse, the one who won't even talk about it has his 18th four days after results day.

                            Frazzled? Moi? Nah .... *spot the porky pie* .... :runforhills:

                              I'm very much like this, if I move something to clean behind it or polish it, it has to go back in the exact place it was before!!!! I have even been known to take measurements to make sure!!! :doh:
                              I live in a small cottage, sold big house after becoming a widow, and now I keep things minimalistic, saves on housework which means more time for gardening!!! Hey, CRG, this is a good thread!! :thumbsup:
