    have to say this was the best chicken I have every tasted so succulent Wood Vale.Top Marks.

    good to know - myself I can recommend the norfolk duck from the A... supermarket, which I buy in packs of two pieces each and cook in the oven without oil because the duck cooks in its own fat.

    Nice to know MF I too let chicken cook in oven only with pepper pepper and fresh onion really succulent.
