Just got an email from one of mates at the pub. He works in Dublin through the week and his wife is currently working late (OK, that start sounds dodgy) but he'd really like it if I could find the time and go round his place to harvest all his fruit! TO KEEP!!

Well you can't say no to that :)

Just picked a couple of kilos of tayberries :) They smell completely amazing, warm from the sun and all juicy - at their peak!

      Jam time...

How wonderful and "fruitful" too (pun intended).

Will the jams make it to the deli?

I ran a stall over the weekend at the Knaphill village show and they sold out! Luckily I kept a jar back for me. Dave already got his and is being effusive in his praise so it can't be that bad :)
