Fuchsia bugs

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me please. I have 3 fuchsia in the same area, all hardy ones but different types. They are all covered in some kind of bug, but I can't see what. The same thing happened last year. Other bushes are ok next to them. Confused as what to do to treat them. Thank you for your time.

We havnt seen you for a while ....

looks like you had greenfly when the shoots were very small and this what happens as they go larger .. need a spray

 

Thank you. Yes I have been away. Come back to a few problems I'm afraid. Thanks again I will give it a good spray now.
