Hi. All my pot fuchsias are doing ok exept for one. The leaves are slightly purple with bits of brown leaves. Going by web search it may be overfertilizing??? Any thought on this please. Can anything be done about it. Thank you for any help.

    It maybe that.
Do you think you may have over-fertilized it?
If so, and it was in the last week(ish) then you could flush it out using 4 x the volume of the pot of plain water.
If it was before that, it will probably all be gone by now anyway.
The affected leaves will probably drop, but the plant should be fine.

The other thing it could be is sun-scorch if it's in a sunny position on a hot patio

Some of the smaller greener leaves do look a bit nobbly, which could indicate a virus. Is it a summer-only plant or a hardy one you will be keeping for yrs? Either way, I would remove the damaged leaves (just pinch them off close to the stem) and new ones should come through. Don't defoliate the whole plant at once though. It needs leaves to give the roots energy.

I'm getting some deformed leaves on my Thalias this year.
I did notice some Fuchsia gall mite damage late last year, so just wondering???

Could be early gall-mite deformation. If it's a hardy fuchsia, cutting back to a couple of inches tall and waiting till next yr has worked for a very bad case for me.

The gall-mites can move between close plants, so it does spread unfortunately.

That worked for me too. I hacked it down to the ankles but never got around to digging it out. It came back perfectly healthy.
The benefits of being an idle gardener.
PS. Clean your secateurs before you touch another fuchsia or you'll spread it
