Fucshia Paniculata (Fucshia Tree)

I received seeds today for Fucshia Paniculata and I am not particularly good with seeds so I wonder if someone could give me some easy steps to germinating them. I do not have a greenhouse.

I've only grown Fuchsia from seed on one occasion and the seed was fairly small, so I surface sow that kind of seed in fine compost and cover with plastic or glass to keep the surface moist, once germinated you need to be careful to not let the surface dry out completely and I water from the bottom.
Also remove the glass when germinated but keep in good light but no direct sunshine.

 

Thank you. Yes, the ten seeds are tiny! Do you think the wet paper towel would work?

 

Well, it might but its getting them from the paper to the compost, I think the seedlings are so tiny early on that they would have trouble getting a root through the paper if you just planted the paper.

 

Just a thought, but have to agree.
