Fuschia Cuttings

At my work, we have some big borders planted with loads of hardy fuschias (planted last year, and they have come up a treat this year), with many different varieties.

I pretty much have a licence to take whatever cuttings I see fit (obviously without ruining the existing plants), and wondered how best to do so and when?

Hopefully if I get a successful load going, I will be able to pass cuttings on too
