I'm considering installing a garden cabin within the limited space available in my garden, quite probably for use as an office (I live in a modestly-sized rented UK city flat).

Seeking recommendations, since the research I've completed so far hasn't produced anything that meets all of the criteria.

    Requirements:

    - Insulated

    - Sturdy construction whilst also being possible to cleanly dismantle for a potential re-sale later on

    - Costs no more than £10,000

    - Available on, ideally, a 48 month finance agreement

    - Approximately 3m x 2m in size

Thanks in advance for any suitable recommendations of UK manufacturers with a solution.

Many years ago I bought a garden shed from Garden Buildings Direct - their "Billy-oh" range. It was solidly constructed and relatively easy to erect. I know they also do fancier buildings, so might be worth a look.

Have you checked with your landlord whether you’ll need permission for this? A solid base will be required and possibly connections to utilities if you’re using it as an office.

You need the base damp proofed and ventilated.

Yep, I'm in conversation with my landlord so fingers crossed on that (haven't asked about utilities yet).

I think it makes financial sense to pay a little extra each month for in effect a doubling of space, yet to find something that could easily be recycled if constraints beyond my control were to mean that I would need to relocate.

        Thanks for the suggestions.
