I was researching the legal position regarding a hedge for a friend and came across this website:

    http://www.gardenlaw.co.uk/phpBB2/index.php

Others might find it useful if not already aware of it.

It seems very active and useful as a first port of call about all things legal in and around your garden

Thanks Has Been - very good site. Fences and boundaries always have been and always will be a source of problems. But isn't it sad that people can't talk to each other and solve their differences.
