Hi folks, does anyone have a garden vac/blower? part of our garden is layed with gravel and the leaves are a nightmare to pick up I usually end up taking some gravel with them.I wondered what garden vacs were like, the best one to buy,and
    how expensive they are.Thanks [IMG]

Hi Dalbuie, I have loads of oak leaves in the Autumn that land on my lawn. I use a petrol mower with a collection bag on the back and it sucks up the leaves ready for composting It may not work with gravel though.

thanks hans, that's the problem the leaves landing on the gravel are very difficult to pick up without lifting a pile of gravel :(

Brother has Garden machinery centre and recommends a blower.
He tells me a gent ordered one off him last year and asked if he could make sure it arrived within the week before all the leaves were gone
