    Super site Jeremy!
Your bird feeding info was very good.

What are sunflower hearts ? Is this the flower head? I've never seen them on sale. we always grow a few sunflowers and save the seed for bird food.

Many thanks every one for your kind feedback,. about my website.

I would love to see you lot also in my fourm room I will be mroe than happy to add a link from my site to this one.

Dave,I am pleased that you found my bird feeding tits usefull. As for sunflower hearts they are flower heads. The birds love them!

Little hint, At the moment the best time to see my bird in the box is about 5:30pmGMT when she comes into roost. Give it a few more weeks and she may start to nest (I hope)

Excellent site Jeremy - I shall look forward to when your nest box has a family. One thing I like about sunflower hearts besides the lack of husk mess, is that whilst most birds like them, starlings don't seem to be too keen - makes for slightly quieter feeding :D
