I've had similar problems but not today, I don't understand the reason but occasionally I get a message regarding problems with servers.
I find it comes and goes.

I've been having intermittent problems for a couple of days and we're trying to find out the problem.

Can I ask that you bear with us for a little while please folks - I have a few tricks up my sleeve that I can try to resolve things, but need to be on my own PC to do it (I am at work at the moment), so I will take a look at this at some point this evening. My apologies that I cannot do it sooner.

Just a thought @Jiffy , are you using WiFi, I sometimes find you need to reboot the hub occasionally.
But then what do I know, worth a try if you haven't done it recently.

Every cache on the server side has been rebuilt, so that should hopefully resolve things.

Some important steps for members to take, however:

                      - Log out of the forum and then clear cache/cookies (particularly browser image cache) on your browser

                      - Restart computer (this is NOT the same as shutting the computer down and switching it back on, it MUST be a restart for it to clear and reset services)

                      - Log back into the forum

I've had no problems today. Yesterday I just gave up as it was so slow. I haven't switched off, restarted, logged out, or cleared cache. It just fixed itself (from my viewpoint)

That's what has happened to me in the past, I've not logged out in years, wouldn't know how to clear a cache, I have cleared cookies and that just gives you nightmares as every site you use tends to think its the first time you have been there.
