If you have an iPhone you can create an app shortcut. I you save the link to the home page it displays it as an app icon on your menu. Still operates as the normal website would, but half way there :dbgrtmb:

A mini computer these days :) I think an app would be an excellent idea, though someone would need to show me how to get it. I haven't the foggiest how these things work.

I actually have a mobile phone but all it does is phone calls. Should I expect more for the massive outlay of £4.50? :heehee:

With you on this shiney. I had emough of my company phone while I was at work.
We have a mobile each which sits on the mantle turned off all the time. And only on when we are out and away from home.
Land line is always on answer... I reckon if anybody wants to talk they will ring back or leave a message.
          Works a treat.

I had my first mobile at 15 (after alot of begging my parents, and I had to save up from my paper rounds!) I guess it's just the norm for me now.:dbgrtmb:

            £35 per month!!!!!!!!! :rolleyespink:

When I was a lad, £35 would feed a family for 6 months :loll: :loll: :loll:

Seriously, £35 is a lot of money. Do you also have Sky TV etc?

Haha, no just unlimited texts, unlimited internet, 600 mins. Can't say I use half of it, but I will be looking cut it down next time :heehee: I guess I'm just used to it. Most of the contracts are around £30 per month now....depending on what you want.

Phoned Orange up as my contract had ended & asked for the code to transfer my number to Virgin Media. My orange bill was about £26 a month.

Funnily enough, Orange managed to do me a free Blackberry for £13 a month.
