Gardeners' World Fork and Trowel offer - Gardening Direct

Last month's GW magazine had an offer for a fork and trowel for £2.95. I ordered via the gardening direct website and it's now been over a month and they haven't dispatched. They said it could take 28 days but it's been more than that. I am going to email them to check the situation but thought I would see if it was just me or if others are still waiting.

I find that most of these websites need chasing for your goods, especially when they have been sold on the premise that you will receive them within a given time. Do they not have an order checking place on their website which tells you if the goods have been dispatched or delayed etc. Definitely pursue it.

 

It currently just says the order has been placed. They've already been paid for them so I'll give them an email chasing them up. Why don't people do what they're paid for anymore?
