    Hi everyone,

I would like to invite you all to participate in a survey that I am currently running. The survey is on what motivates and demotivates you to do gardening. Some of you might have seen reference to this research in The Garden magazine of July.

I am doing a PhD research at Coventry University with the support of the RHS and am looking into gardening tools and how we can improve the gardening experience, specifically for the ageing population (although the survey is open to everyone over 18).

You can find the link to the survey at http://gardeningtoolresearch.com/survey

If you could spare some time for this, your input would be much appreciated!!

I have done the survey - but did you ask permission to post the link. The website rules (which you should have read) state that you must contact admin first. :)

In theory it's an automatic ban but I'm sure they can make an exception if you ask them soon.

OK, have now completed the survey and it was very refreshing to see a well thought out survey! Clearly a reflection on the owner!

Wishing you every success with your PhD :dbgrtmb:

It's a hand tool with a thin hooked end for either weeding or drawing a drill for sowing seeds. :blue thumb:

Yes it's what you get out to get the weeding done.
