    Hello,
I'm a third year Product Design student at the Univerity of Leeds looking to design a product to make digging easier in the garden. If any one has any problems that they experience when gardening or any suggestestions I would love to hear them!

If you have the time I would really appreciate it if you could answer this quick 10 question survey, it will take less than 5 minutes. Its just a simple multiple choice survey.

    Many Thanks

    Chloe

Have answered your survey - not quite sure what function means - other than it is a spade.

I have found the best spade for digging in heavy clay was a post hole spade, which is extremely strong because of its high curvature. And easy to get into hard clay because of its small base.

Hi, i did your second survey.

Only problem is it is dificult to comment on value for money or durability without seing the product in the flesh or knowing the materials its constructed from.
