Have you been keeping them watered?

And if that's a hefalump garlic in the foreground it would benefit from having the scape removed.

Looks like theyve run to seed instead of fattening up the bulb. Too warm not enough water/food ? and the scapes havent been removed.
Just a guess as im still learning about the garlic growing and have about 140 in containers right now. Scapes have been removed ,watered/fed g and not expecting a crop until July.

Panicked and have just been out in the (light) rain to water mine. Still looking good, but need a final weeding.

Been watering regularly, I probably planted them september/october time.

Had em all out except for the hefalumps, will eat the scapes tomorrow :)

Mines going the same way, one patch has got rust, so dug them out, the other is now dying off.

Only the elephant garlic is still growing.

Should add, never water the stuff, its been in since October.

                    Nimrod T was banned about 10yrs ago.
As you say it was very effective, I only used it on mildew.

Mine looks exactly the same, extremely dry period earlier in the year, April time, and the bulbs just haven't swelled, all gone to seed now. Planted out late September. The bulbs are about the size of a marble:sad:
