Honestly, the things that people discuss when the moon's in full spate....

 

the question is quite straight forward it seems to me....

 

No experience of rearing geese, but, with ducks .... you could almost "train" them with their love of peas!! I have no reason to think geese would be different.

 

Same with my chooks they love raisins even more ....especially in yoghurt....i think.... they think they're flys

 

Mine go absolutely mental for mealworms (ducks and chooks!). They used to love the veggies ... but, now Ozzy makes a beeline for the carrots, the chooks and quackers aren't fast enough to make gold medal status. But, peas and sweetcorn are still holding the number 1&2 spot for them both (and Ozzy's jaw is so huge, he hasn't even contemplated such lowly "crumbs" worthy of his attention )
