So earlier this year I successfully sowed lupins and out of 78 potted out I still have 50! However I've just bought some Tutti Frutti seeds, as I'm really hoping for a mauve/yellow lupin although this obviously isn't guaranteed. And I love lupins anyway, and I've got a massive border for Lupins, Delphiniums and Foxgloves for next year.
Can I sow my lupin seeds now? And what's the best way to germinate them?

There's no reason why you shouldn't sow them now but you'll need to over winter them in a greenhouse or cold frame. I germinate mine in an electric propagator late February and although they don't make up to full size in their first year they haven't failed to bloom. :)

Thats fine I can keep them in the greenhouse :) my others haven't flowered this year but I probably sowed them too late.
