Gert big caterpillar!

Just having a potter round the garden and came across this... and to give an idea of the size.... eek! Apparently, it's a Death's Head Hawk Moth caterpillar. What to do with it?? Don't want it to catch cold

 

That's been munching a lot this summer!

 

Yep, mowgley...and I thought my Campsis was shrinking in the rain

 

It's a bit prettier than the one that was nibbling my friends fuchsias

 

Ahhh...isn't that one of the soulful-looking elephant hawk moth caterpillars?

 

I love Hawk Moth caterpillars, haven't seen one for a while.

I spotted this yesterday while out and about, he/she was 3 inches long.

 

That's cuddly.
