Hi, I'm a new member & have only been gardenning for a year or 2. We moved into a new house 10 months ago & have a lot of box hedging which has been cut back heavily by previous owner & now looks very bare. I want to remove it & replant but don't know how difficult it might be. Can anyone advise please?

Hi Prim and welcome. I'm sorry but I don't know anything about box hedging but hopefully someone else will be along soon to give you advice. [IMG]

    Hi Prim

Sorry i am a first timer on this forum thing, so last message NBG.

I know you posted back in feb, but got to try to reply to something.

Box hedge is a fiberous root, in sand it will be easy to remove, in clay it will need a bit of a dig. Heavy clay will break the fork. [IMG]
