getting rid of weed seeds

Hi

i have put some clear plastic down on a part of my allotment as indicated by a article i read,
the plastic has made a mass of weeds to grow as it s like a greenhouse
Now the question is do i get rid of all the weeds that have grown and let the summer sun kill the weed seeds(down 18 inches if it goes right) or do i leave the massive amount of weeds to die which is best thanks for reading this

I think black plastic would have been better, but you may find that the summer will kill the weeds if you leave the clear plastic in place as they will "cook" under the plastic
