They look yummy Scotcat, I've been baking all day too, youngest daughter took some cakes to work last christmas for all the workers (only a small company luckily), except its not her that makes them its me, how did that happen, mincemeat slices, sticky nottingham ginger cake and cappucino slices, of course I'll keep a few of each for us:D

 

Thanks, Scotkat. I'm going to give those a go. I've been trying to think of something which is relatively simple to make but still a bit 'Christmassy'.
