Goats-rue

    The grass verges at the junction of the M11 and A120 are covered in Goats-rue. There are masses and masses of it and it is so much like lilac or wisteria. In its native France and Germany, it likes damp places by rivers. Here - it is thriving on dry motorway verges! Not sure how it came to be here unless the roadmakers imported foreign topsoil

    Well if they did then it's a bonus, lol!! Very 'vetchy' isn't it?
