    Congratulations!
Gooseberries are a really under-rated fruit - easy to grow, productive and versatile

This year I have made gooseberry chutney, gooseberry sauce ( with pork) gooseberry fool, and two kinds of gooseberry cake as well as the usual pies and crumbles.

Does anybody have any more ideas for using gooseberries?

What you see is the first years fruiting.
