    Hi,
Good luck, hope you read the book with it.
I've had mine a couple of years now and it seems to work well.
Much slower than I expected and not much output, although quicker in the summer. I put very little in once temperature drops.
The tap at the bottom gets clogged leading me to think there was no waste liquid until it began to fill into the bottom tray and drown some worms. The smell and leakage were clues, proper foul... Needs trays removing and a manual clean every few months.
The extrication of the finished product is very time consuming as the worms stay in it and need manually sorting out (to go back in).
I find it is always wet and spread it in a tray to dry up a bit when done.
I add it to the compost/soil when planting but can't say I've noticed any special results.
I keep mine in the garage, insulated with cut up carpets in the winter.
They will munch though most things although sweetcorn takes a while and Yorkshire teabags stay intact.

    Cheers
    D
