Not sure if i have posted in the right section here, but I'm trying to find the name of hormone, that when used causes grapes to grow seedless. I've tried searching google for one, but isn't proving any use. Many Thanks, Adam.

    Hi and welcome!

My understanding is that seedless fruit are propagated vegatatively from sports of normally seeded varieties. Could be wrong about that and who knows what the lab boffins are up to these days?

Don't really like the idea of dousing stuff with hormones so it's not a route I would go down.

There are seedless varieties avalible which is probably the best option.
I do remember reading about a spray which sets the flowers and also makes the grapes seedless, but that was a long time ago, and probably only available commercially, at a guess.
