Hi having recently bought a house we alas also acquired a greenhouse with it. It was in a bad state and I've now took all the glass out the window sealer was knackered but for the life of me I can't seem to find any new sealer anywhere that fits this nameless greenhouse I will add a few pics to show you the fit needed any help will be very much appreciated.ive just found abit of the old sealant that was mostly perished and it hollow tube maybe 4mm in diameter

I think what you have is a Crittall greenhouse; I believe
they ceased about 15 years ago.
I used a flat self adhesive seal which was approx 6mm wide, 2mm thick purchased from
    Dovetail Greenhouses Ltd
Address: Bonehill Farm, Bonehill Road, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B78 3HP
    Landline: 01827 305389
    Website: dovetailgreenhouses.co.uk/shop
12 th item on their listing
    8x6 greenhouse took 2 rolls.

I thought it looked like Halls ali sections but would need to have a look, its dark outside now so it will need to wait until the morning.

I just had a look and I think it's different to mine which is halls.
It's not easy to tell without removing the glass.

Can you take a photo of the whole greenhouse plus the triangular apex plate above the door @Andy52. I can then compare against mine, I have two different Critall greenhouses from the 70s, knowing which one will help get the right seal.

Our old commercial greenhouse's have the same type of glazing bars.

The glass is then held in place with these.

I forget the name of it now. Even though it was flexible pvc tube we had to put it in a tub of fairly hot water to make it more pliable to push in to the grooves. I would say your about right in the seal being about 4mm outer diameter with about 1mm inner diameter.

You could try something like this below

      PUN-H-4X0,75-BL | Festo Compressed Air Pipe Blue Polyurethane 4mm x 50m PUN-H Series, 197383 | RS (rs-online.com)

This is the stuff that came out of my old Halls lean to that I had some years ago, its just a plastic pipe basically, but very strong, been using it for plant ties so its pretty tough.

It just pushes into the Ali section and stays there.

          @andy52
While you are at this stage (unglazed), consider whether you would benefit by more headroom. It is relatively simple to build a brick or block wall and lift the whole structure up upon the wall. I am 6ft + and find it safer, its so simple to bend and then strike one's head on or through the sloping glass. I have reconstructed the door so as to avoid a threshold, enabling a small trolley/barrow to enter and also better for access without stooping.

.well yes their is the consideration but seen as I live in 400year old cottage you can imagine the ceilings aren't that high either .thankyou for the hint tho. And I suspect the previous owners have concreted this thing in
