Green Manure

    Last year after last items lifted, I sowed over 2 areas a green manure .... this is a healthy 6" high at moment .... at what point do I dig (or rotovate) it in.

    A smidge before it sets seed. Or just before you require the ground, I should dig it in, you don't want it growing again, which green manure did you use?
