greenfly?

hello everyone,one of our honeysuckle looked a bit droopy this afternoon.when when i looked closer i saw theese.had the same thing on a bush rose last year and sprayed it with Systemic Action Insecticide.i left it on the rose overnight and brushed them all off.pictures to follow as not sure how to post new topic and picture at same time.
