        Measure your diagonals and make them the same WOO - otherwise the thing will be a nightmare to get the glass into if its a bit on-the-wonk!

        But I'm sure you have forgotten more about this stuff than I have every known, so I'll shut up!

          You could lay a row of bricks (the ones with three holes through) around thye base with the holes horizontal to allow a good airflow into the greenhouse. It is the stagnant air in greenhouses that support moulds and fungusses! Keeping the air moving will keep these at bay. Cheers, Tony.

              I have a 10'4"x 7'4" ordered for later in the year, I've got to make a base for it, I might extend two sides of the base of the existing 7x6 or slab it like you have done, not sure how I'm going to do it, hard landscaping and ground work aren't my strong(y) points.:D
              Take it easy, we don't want you grounded when you've just started flying again.:nono:

                  any pics of progress wiseoldowl?? would love to see it now :dbgrtmb:

                  I"m just gathering bits to have a go at a self build out of re/claimed stuff i fancy a diffrent type of project this year Only just bought a 2nd hand 6x4
                  But a Friend of mine in his 70s has offerd me a large Cactie Collection so going to have a go at a summer house type green house if that makes sence??
