Can anyone tell me what fruit or veg is easy to grow in the greenhouse if any?

I probably won't be using it this year for flowers etc so rather than have it sitting empty I thought maybe I could grow something we could eat.

    Any ideas out there?

What a good photo - and what fantastic grapes!! Nice-looking greenhouse too, would have loved wood - but too expensive when we needed 2 of them! :D Pity about the bloke in it, tho' ;)

to answer your original Q, fruit to grow .....
    FRUIT
Tomatoes ........ buy the plants end of May, pop in growbags, tether plants to roof, water as necessary and feed when flowers arrive, they need sun, and fresh air, no chills.
peppers ........ as above, tho they won t grow tall
Courgettes . grow like mad and fruit like billyo
    VEG
early potatoes, plant "earlies" now, you can buy potato buckets which will help, you fill up with compost as plants grow
lettuce leaves .... growbag again tho you'r best to sow in pots then transplant
baby veg ... fun to have and quick to grow
... on that theme you can now buy ready prepared seeds, just desperate to germinate, this increases output from greenhouse significantly and is idea for beginners ,

Thanks for reply - you're a real "Lady" as I was panicking no one was actually going to answer me as such - lol!

I'll give it a go and tell you how I get on later.
