I am new here, fumbling my way along with home grown veg and fruit. I happend upon this site when I searched for a gardeners message board UK, after sadly discovering the BBC message board closed in April this year.

But I am please to have found you

The web address says .co.uk but I notice advertising in US dollars and also someone posting from the US, but I am hoping to get advice on UK growing climates.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Armandii, Jenny and Kaz - such a warm welcome thank you all so much. I am just going to dig over a small plot and maybe I will find some spuds , all the slugs ate the leaves so I am thinking there won't be much of a crop to be had.
